Continuous Improvement:
At Montar, we're committed to a continuous quest for greener production practices. Our green strategy embraces various initiatives aimed at transforming our business into a sustainable powerhouse while ensuring the durability of our products. As a forward-thinking company, we've integrated solar panels to primarily power our operations. At the end of 2023, we've transitioned our heat source to innovative wind-to-water heat pumps and equipped our parking spaces with charging stations for electric vehicles.
In Production:
We take immense pride in maintaining an inventory that flows seamlessly, consistently adapting to meet our customers' needs. Our philosophy prioritizes selling out rather than overproducing and having excess stock that cannot be utilized. The same principle applies to our textile use, where we're mindful of maximizing fabric while ensuring steady demand, steering clear of deadstock. Any potential excess material is strategically repurposed for upcoming collections or special promotional items.
In Collections:
Our commitment extends to launching a broader range of products made from recycled materials by 2025. By 2028, our NOS (Never Out of Stock) program aims to be entirely crafted from recycled materials, all certified by GRS. Our ultimate goal is to consistently navigate toward a more sustainable path, seeking optimization opportunities in every facet, be it in our office, production facilities, or fabric choices.
